The Role
This is a full-function bookkeeping role. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations through:
Accounts Payable: Managing vendor payments and inquiries.
Account Records: Ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Payroll: Full-cycle payroll processing including compliance and superannuation.
Reconciliations: Regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements
Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification is highly preferred.
Commitment: This is a strictly in-office role (not hybrid or remote), requiring 5 business days per week.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of Australian accounting standards.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in major accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office 365 (including MS Excel, Words and Powerpoints Application)
Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GST, FBT, and TPAR requirements to ensure the business remains fully compliant.
Reporting Excellence: The ability to produce clear, accurate end-of-month reports and financial summaries for management review.
Communication Skills: A high level of verbal and written English to interact professionally with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.
Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and streamline financial workflows.
